FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION
that sees the whole you

Your body, your brain, your story, your lived experience and the realities of everyday life, all of it is welcome here.

YOU'VE BEEN CARRYING A LOT, doing it mostly on your own.

If your energy and capacity shift in ways no one has been able to explain, that's real, and it isn't your fault. Maybe you've seen practitioner after practitioner and still left each visit with a supplement or med list, diet sheet, no real plan, and more overwhelm than you walked in with. You don't have to hold all of it alone anymore.

Take a breath. You're in the right place.

What if functional nutrition actually made room for your whole brain and body?

Spicy Brains Nutrition was created by someone who's lived it: a late-diagnosed ADHDer, raising an AuDHD teen, who understands how hormones, stress, executive function, sensory needs, and everyday life shape the way we eat and care for ourselves. So this became the space that was missing. Warm, collaborative, and free of shame, and always aligned with your bandwidth, not an idealized version of your life. Here, your brain isn't a barrier. It's part of the plan. The heart of the work is gentle and clear: to understand what's truly driving your symptoms, and to build something realistic, sustainable, and genuinely supportive around your real life. Food first, always.

Steady, never all at once.

Care here unfolds slowly and in stages, never everything at the same time. We'll look at the whole picture together and make sense of it, without rush and without judgment.

Sessions close with an optional grounding or mind-body practice, so you leave feeling calm, supported, and cared for, rather than overwhelmed.

STEP ONE

We begin with your story

Your history, your habits, your brain, your body.

There's no wrong way to begin.

Whatever brought you here, you are welcome exactly as you are: neurodivergent, or navigating complex health, hormones, digestion, or chronic overwhelm.

Whenever you feel ready, let's take a simple first step together and see if this feels like the right fit.
